In December 2025, Stamford Quarter successfully upgraded its car park system to the Autopay solution, aiming for a future-proof operation. 

The new ANPR-based, barrier-free system has proven highly beneficial, significantly reducing congestion by eliminating restrictive barriers and offering a "park now, pay within 48 hours" app option. Furthermore, the move to a fully cashless system has removed the additional cost and inconvenience associated with cash collection. 

A major advantage has been giving tenants, who hold a parking license, the ability to manage their own permits and vehicles. This self-service functionality is particularly valuable for large tenants, such as a major Healthcare provider whose medical professionals frequently change locations, often requiring more registered vehicles than physical spaces. 

Although the initial setup required a time investment from our team, the shift to tenant self-management has freed up our resources to focus on other priorities. Despite expected initial teething issues, the Simplyture/Autopay team has consistently provided quick and responsive assistance.
