Stamford Quarter

Since the introduction of the autopay system in December 2025, my team and I have been able to focus on critical onsite issues rather than manual tasks like collecting tokens and rebooting pay machines. 

The system is effortless for users, allowing them to pay up to 48 hours after parking or utilise the app's automatic payment feature. 

Additionally, the system has streamlined how we manage contract parkers from local and large businesses. These organisations now manage their own permits independently, including adding or removing staff/registration plates. Previously, we had to manually update registration details for them. This was a task that we had to undertake almost every other day. 

Overall, the autopay system has significantly improved my team's manpower hours and they can now spend time concentrating on more important operational matters.
